Our Philosophy

At Bin 54, we believe in using the highest quality product and source locally whenever possible to support this wonderful community in which we are fortunate enough to reside. We believe in the integrity of the ingredients, which allows us to prepare our dishes in a simple and honest manner.

All of our steaks are subtly seasoned and grilled over hickory wood. They are rested for a quarter of the actual cooking time and accompanied with one of our house-made condiments on the side. We take pride in providing a truly unique experience with a tender and delicious cut of beef that is emblematic of the care behind the process.

In addition to the savory, we have our own in-house Pastry Chef, who creates an array of classic desserts designed to round out an evening of indulgence.
