We will offer four glorious courses, and a sweet ending, created by Executive Chef, Kevin Draper, to celebrate the timeless combination of fine bourbon and the highest quality beef. With an emphasis on Rye, our Bar Manager, Collin Lusty, will tantalize you with such classic cocktails as Manhattans and Old Fashioneds. And of course, for the purist, a 15 year Whistle Pig Rye served neat with a scrumptious dry aged ribeye.
This will be a nice break from our traditional wine dinners for those bourbon enthusiasts who also enjoy a thoughtful pairing with their passion for the finest beef. We hope to see you there!!
